Domestic Shipping
1. All domestic orders (Indonesia) will be shipped via SiCepat.
2. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and distance traveled.
3. Confirmation and tracking information will be sent by request through our customer service via WhatsApp.

International Shipping
1. All International orders (excluding Southeast Asia or neighboring countries) will be shipped via DHL Express.
2. Delivery time may range from 4 – 7 business days, depending on the distance of the country of your order.
3. Confirmation and tracking information will be sent by DHL Express ,UPS or EMS to the email listed at the intended address.
4. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any items caused by the logistic company.
5. If there are any errors happen, we will gladly help you to fix any issues you may have.
Return Policy
1. We guarantee all the items we send are in the best condition.
2. We only accept returns if the size we have provided is too small or too big. However, the mistake couldnot be from us as the information you gave was inaccurate or you immediately chose the size without consulting us first. Accordingly, we suggest you to consult us to find the size of your chosen items before purchasing them.
3. If you wish to return a product, the Buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return and the shipment of the replacement item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
4. Items returned must be in perfect condition (undamaged & undefective), the same as the items we shipped to you.
5. Please follow our customer service directions for the terms of returning the items.
6. Returns can only be made within 3 days after the items received.
7. We do not guarantee the package that we will accept.
